A Bit About Me

d,Hey there, beautiful people! I go by AD and I was born and raised in Minnesota. The twin city area to be a little more exact. I recently moved to Phoenix so one could say it’s a bit of a dramatic change in weather but so far so good. 

I have a passion for self development. that by no means means I’m to where I want to be but I’ve come a long way especially in terms of mental health and becoming someone who shows gratitude and believes that the meaning of life is being the best version of yourself while building healthy connections with others. This is part of the reason I created this blog, Dose of AD, which aims to help others see the beauty in life and know that they can create the life they desire and be their best self.
